Oh oh....had an (embarrassing) accident? Did you hurt yourself badly or did you unconsciously make an awkward mess? Don't worry, you can capture this moment to earn awards!

To file a case, you require to provide visual evidence of the incident (ideally a photo of the incident with yourself in it, a familiar environment, or something verifiable) by taking a clear photo using this app. Please also provide a brief title to summarize the incident. Although the description is optional, it is still fun to have when you revisit these incidents in the future by logging in our secure environment. You could see it as a personal journal with special memories 😇

After filing your case, the admins will evaluate your case as soon as possible. Once your case has been approved, you will earn points that could be used to redeem awards. The list of available awards is updated regularly, of which some of the items are exlusively available for you to redeem. Be aware that the number of points needed could be subject to change during the testing period since it is still unclear how many points a user could collect on average per given period. WHAT ABOUT THE PHYSICAL CARD?

In the past, we used a physical award card. However, due to lack of adoption, we have decided to make it easier by digitalizing the award claiming process. If you happen to still have a physical card, you could still redeem the points for a prize or digitize the points to your account.
